1 Install Downloader App
Go to the Find / Search menu on your FireStick. Search for Downloader and install the app with the orange icon.
2 Enable Developer Options
Go to Firestick Settings → My Fire TV → About → Click your device name 7 times until you see "You are now a developer". Then go back to Developer Options → Install Unknown Apps → Turn Downloader ON.

Open Downloader. In the URL box, enter your download shortcode provided via WhatsApp (or enter IPTV Smarters APK URL) and click Go.
